East End Artists’ Exhibit in the Hamptons
Throughout the summer the Bridgehampton Historical Society will present art exhibits in their Archives facility located at 2539-A Montauk Highway (east of the monument) in Bridgehampton. The Opening Reception is Friday, July 2nd from 5 - 8 PM. The exhibit will be open to the public July 3rd from 10am to 4pm daily.

These artists, along with Mary Gardner, who is exhibiting her watercolors “Stones,” gardnerproductions@gmail.com is one of the artists in residence throughout the season. There will be a featured artist every two weeks and each artist will have an individual reception the day of their opening.
Jerry Schwabe, www.jerryschwabe.com a sculptor and painter, is the first featured artist. Jerry has shown in numerous galleries on the East End and NYC. One of his sculptures has been selected to be a part of Salmagundi Club 2010 Juried Non-Member Exhibition July 12-23 in NYC. He was commissioned to sculpt a bronze horse for the 2007 August Gala & Auction for ESSF and Equis Foundation. Jerry is in private collections in the United States and Europe. Each artist expresses their love for the East End and the history and beauty for that which we call home. Come and enjoy fine art!
